Salary InformationThe estimated annual salary for this position is between $80,000 - $110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job DescriptionAs a Registered Nurse with Steeves and Rozema Group, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Dispensing medication and administering treatments
- Performing dressing changes and wound care
- Communicating with physicians and families regarding resident care
- Supervising and directing Team Members on the floor
- Participating in ongoing assessments of resident care needs and monitoring their condition
You will also be expected to follow established duties and job routines outlined in our policies and procedures, as well as support the principles of Continuous Quality Improvement.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you must have:
- A current certificate of competence with the College of Nurses
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Leadership ability
- Demonstrated ability to participate and function in a team environment
- Understanding of and commitment to Resident-centered care
