Job Overview:

This role offers a competitive salary, estimated to be around $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include a full range of health and dental benefits, paid annual float days, signing bonus, referral bonus, flexibility in shift scheduling, matching RRSP contributions, and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Dispense medication according to established protocols
  • Treat and dress changes as required
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Supervise and direct team members on the floor
  • Pursue ongoing assessment of resident care needs, monitoring, and reporting
  • Adhere to established duties and job routines outlined in S&R policies and procedures
  • Support principles of continuous quality improvement and organizational goals
  • Report any building equipment maintenance issues

Requirements:

  • Current CNO membership and certificate of competence
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Leadership ability and capacity to function in a team environment
  • Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to resident-centered care

Work Environment:

This role is based in-person at our facility in Windsor, ON, requiring reliable commuting or relocation before starting work. We offer a supportive work environment with opportunities for growth and development.
