About the Role

This is a part-time opportunity for a Registered Nurse (RN) to work with us in providing high-quality patient care. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and monitoring patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

We offer a competitive salary range of $45-$65 per hour, depending on experience, to support our RNs in delivering exceptional care.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and monitor patients to identify their needs and develop personalized care plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery
  • Implement evidence-based practices to promote patient well-being and independence
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure smooth care transitions
Requirements
  • Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the province
  • Previous experience in long-term care or community settings
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
