Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Residential Caregiver to join our team at REAL Residence Inc. This is a permanent, full-time position that requires flexibility and a commitment to providing exceptional care to our residents.

About the Role

As a Residential Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing personal care assistance to our residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also assist with light housekeeping duties, meal preparation, and administering medications as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with light housekeeping duties, such as laundry and cleaning
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
  • Administer medications as needed
  • Demonstrate infant care to new parents (if applicable)
Certifications and Licenses

You will need to hold a valid CPR Certificate and have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You may be required to lift up to 30 pounds and work in a variety of settings, including resident bedrooms and common areas.

Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • CPR Certificate
  • 1-2 years of experience in a care-giving role
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with seniors or individuals with physical disabilities
  • Knowledge of therapeutic diets and menu planning
