Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Mary Brown's Chicken. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment, and ensuring seamless food service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and portion food items, including heating and finishing simple food items.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen, dining area, and restrooms, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors.
  • Supply Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies, including cleaning products and food items.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with kitchen staff and other front-of-house team members to ensure smooth service operations.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Work Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 30-40 hours per week.
Work Environment

Our restaurant is located in a rural area, and public transportation is available. The work environment is fast-paced, physically demanding, and requires attention to detail.
