Food Service Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Edo Japan. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and safe dining environment.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, take orders, and handle customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Food Preparation and Handling: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, package take-out food, and portion and wrap foods according to company standards.
- Cleaning and Sanitation: Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, and handle and store cleaning products in a safe and efficient manner.
- Inventory Management: Keep records of the quantities of food used and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
- Experience: Willingness to train and learn the skills required for the role.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with the ability to work under pressure.
- Language: English is the primary language of communication.
- Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
