About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Pasta Kulture. As a key member of our dining room staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately.
    • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation
    • Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.
    • Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and equipment.
    • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service and efficient operations.
    • Communicate clearly and respectfully with colleagues and management.
    • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
    • Will train on the job.
  • Physical Demands
    • Ability to stand for extended periods.
    • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
  • Personal Qualities
    • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
    • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pasta Kulture is a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be required to work in a team-oriented setting and adapt to changing circumstances.
