Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, take orders, and handle customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Food Preparation and Handling: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, package take-out food, and portion and wrap foods according to company standards.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, and handle and store cleaning products in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Inventory Management: Keep records of the quantities of food used and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn the skills required for the position.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Schedule: 32 to 40 hours per week.
