Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Edo Japan. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, take orders, and handle customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, portion and wrap foods, and package take-out food.
  • Housekeeping: Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, and keep records of the quantities of food used.
  • Inventory Management: Handle and store cleaning products and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
  • Work Conditions: Work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity in a dynamic environment.
