Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic Supervisor to join our maintenance team. The successful candidate will oversee the repair and maintenance of our fleet of trucks and equipment, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supervising and coordinating the work of diesel mechanics and other technicians
  • Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory management
  • Coordinating with suppliers and vendors to source parts and materials
  • Developing and implementing effective maintenance schedules and procedures
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diesel engine repair and maintenance, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.
