Job Title: Site Reconstruction Manager

We are seeking an experienced Site Reconstruction Manager to join our team at First Onsite. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the restoration work of skilled and unskilled labour crews.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in construction supervision, with experience managing multiple sites and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and oversee the efforts of skilled and unskilled labour crews engaged in restoration work.
  • Complete time and material paperwork, daily activity sheets, and field reports.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including all project phases and dependencies.
  • Ensure that company health and safety policies and procedures are followed by all personnel and sub-contractors.
  • Manage projects to ensure SOW (scope of work) is met, particularly in emergency situations.
  • Estimate materials and equipment required for site work based on initial plans and communicate with Project Managers.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a construction supervisor or foreman, with a proven track record in the restoration or emergency industry.
  • Detailed understanding of reconstruction practices for properties damaged by water, wind, mould, fire, and vandalism.
  • Knowledge of building codes and electrical, plumbing, and mechanical codes.
  • Knowledge of laws and ordinances regulating building construction.
What We Offer

Competitive salary estimated to be around $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
