Job Summary:
The Warehouse Manager will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining productivity levels. This role embodies SHEIN's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Oversight of receiving, put-away, picking, sorting, packing, and shipping processes.
- Scheduling and training the workforce efficiently.
- Ensuring compliance with all safety and health regulations.
- Leading and managing warehouse projects, including PMO project management efforts.
- Achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, PPH, UPH, and cost per unit.
- Maintaining quality assurance by meeting quality metrics.
- Managing inventory control, planning, and cycle counts.
- Managing departmental profit and loss statements and controlling costs.
- Developing and mentoring warehouse teams to maximize contributions.
- Supporting strategic planning and continuous improvement efforts.
- Performing data analysis to improve productivity and cost efficiency.
- Implementing Total Quality Management principles to reduce errors and defects.
- Understanding end-to-end supply chain processes and utilizing WMS and TMS tools to manage daily operations.
- Planning daily labor needs, including 3PL and temporary labor.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in logistics management, business management, or related fields.
- Over 8 years of experience in warehouse and logistics management, including 2+ years of leadership experience and 5+ years of experience working with 3PL.
- Experience in health and safety management is a mandatory requirement.
- Highly motivated, energetic, and able to address issues with urgency.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and delegate work.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to report and recommend solutions to challenges.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in computer software, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 per annum
