Organizational Development Specialist

At IMP Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Organizational Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing organizational development initiatives that drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and deliver customized learning experiences and organizational development initiatives to support departmental and organizational needs.
- Collaborate with Human Resources professionals to prepare comprehensive learning experiences and initiatives.
- Provide support for employee professional development, organizational engagement initiatives, and strategic initiatives aimed at supporting an engaging employee experience and corporate effectiveness and efficiency.
- Support Succession Planning, PIPs, and other employee development initiatives as determined by Senior Leadership and the Learning Centre Steering Committee.
- Undergraduate Degree in Organizational Development or related field.
- 5-8 years experience in the aviation sector preferred.
- Experience collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to assess needs, design, implement, and evaluate organizational development interventions.
- Experience and knowledge of change management and project management.
- Superior aptitude to build professional relationships that result in collaborative partnerships and mutually beneficial results.
- Proven ability to listen, seek out, and consider information objectively, and respond to challenging situations with reason and collaboration.
- Bilingual – spoken and written – French and English.
