Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support and guidance to Operations, Engineering, and Quality teams to resolve complex issues and improve processes.
- Develop and implement new solutions to drive business growth and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze technical drawings and create work instructions for production.
- Coordinate tooling changes and ensure seamless implementation.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues, and develop action plans for problem resolution.
- Develop and execute plans for strategic improvement projects.
- Hold a college diploma (DEC) in Aeronautics or Aerospace Engineering (or a related field).
- Have knowledge of assembly techniques and geometric tolerancing.
- Have strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work autonomously.
- Be proficient in reading technical drawings and have good analytical skills.
- Have advanced knowledge of Catia V5, SAP, and MS Office.
- Be an excellent team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in spoken and written French; English is an asset.
