Human Capital Development Specialist

About the Role
The Organizational Development Specialist is a key member of the Human Resources team at IMP Group, responsible for developing and implementing organizational development and skills development initiatives aligned with the company's strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the effective implementation of identified organizational development initiatives for all business units, working collaboratively with other Human Resource Professionals to support clients with initiatives and projects.
- Design, deliver, and evaluate customized solutions to meet client needs, communicating effectively and listening actively to co-create solutions that are responsive and respectful of diverse organizational requirements.
- Support employee engagement initiatives through active participation in assigned strategic projects, collaborating on the creation and execution of organization-wide initiatives and developing project plans as appropriate to meet changing department and unit needs and requirements.
- Stay current with employee engagement, talent management, and learning and development trends through research and outreach with external partners to ensure the company is benefitting from the most up-to-date best practice development methods and programs.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Organizational Development or related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in the aviation sector, preferably.
- Experience collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to assess needs, design, implement, and evaluate organizational development interventions, identifying subject matter experts and/or external resources if required.
- Experience and knowledge of change management and project management.
- Superior aptitude to build professional relationships that result in collaborative partnerships and mutually beneficial results.
- Proven ability to listen, seek out, and consider information objectively, and respond to challenging situations with reason and collaboration.
- Bilingual – spoken and written – French and English.
