We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to assist our Employee Benefits division in upholding exceptional client service standards. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee database operations to ensure streamlined processes
  • Accurately maintain client benefit documentation
  • Prepare comprehensive benefit summaries for clients
  • Support Client Service Managers in the execution of benefit plans
  • Assess and confirm the accuracy of benefit plan designs
  • Facilitate document resolution with insurance providers
  • Execute billing tasks in EPIC as required
  • Engage in various tasks and projects as needed

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative capacity
  • Familiarity with group benefits is advantageous
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
  • Bilingual with strong communication skills in both French and English
  • Exceptional time management and organizational abilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Capable of working both independently and as part of a team
