Job Title: Guest Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Service Representative to join our team at Omniscient Wellness. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including checking guests in and out, handling room assignments, and processing payments.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information, room assignments, and payment history.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and spa services.
  • Stay up-to-date on hotel policies, procedures, and services to provide informed and accurate information to guests.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a hospitality or service industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in hotel management systems and software.
