Role: Guest Services Representative

As a Guest Services Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism. You will play a vital role in creating a positive and memorable stay for every visitor.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly and courteously.
  • Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accurate record-keeping and efficient processing.
  • Handle guest requests and reservations with attention to detail and a commitment to exceeding expectations.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of hotel policies and procedures, providing clear and concise information to guests.
  • Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others are highly valued.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities are required.
