Provide exceptional customer service as a Guest Services Representative, ensuring a positive experience for shoppers and tenants in a dynamic retail environment.

Job Title: Guest Services Representative (Part-Time)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Demonstrate exceptional customer service to all patrons and tenants by being knowledgeable about the property and its offerings.
  • Sales and Administration: Sale of Mall Gift Cards, including daily deposits, shift reports and logs, and distribution of gift-with-purchase items.
  • Communication: Telephone, Email and In-Person Inquiries, responding professionally to customer service inquiries.
  • Event Support: Assist with various on-site promotions and events, promoting a safe and clean environment.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with retailers and stay abreast of product offerings and store promotions.
  • Documentation and Organization: Collate various documentation for shopping centre distribution, banner coordination, and updating store and directory information.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure appropriate levels of inventory for administration supplies, gift cards, etc. are maintained.
  • Teamwork: Assist other mall personnel to provide an exceptional Customer Experience.

Qualifications:

  • Availability: Flexible shifts, including extended hours.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills with a drive to go above and beyond.
  • Communication Skills: Superior written and oral communication skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work in a "team" environment.
  • Computer Skills: Various computer skills, including Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
  • Accountability: Must be accountable and punctual.
  • Creativity and Motivation: Creative and self-motivated.
