We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Guest Services Representative to join our team at Tommy Gun's Barber Shop. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and interact with guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Manage the wait list and work closely with barbers to ensure a smooth and efficient experience
  • Follow our established systems and procedures to maintain a high level of service quality
  • Share national promotions with guests and promote our services
  • Perform opening and closing duties, including POS transactions and maintaining shop cleanliness
