We are seeking a talented Brand Strategist to join our Marketing team at Lyft. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping the brand's creative direction and developing innovative marketing strategies that drive business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Develop clear and inspiring creative briefs that align with business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide strategic creative development and ensure brand consistency
  • Uncover compelling consumer insights to inform messaging, product, and experiential design
  • Translate research findings into actionable creative implications and optimize campaigns based on performance data
  • Lead creative projects and tasks with guidance and support from senior management
  • Identify opportunities to influence product and experience design that reinforce brand positioning and messaging
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a brand planner/strategy role
  • Discernment, resourcefulness, and tenacity to bring great ideas into the world
  • Conceptual mind with the ability to refine, nuance, and defend great ideas
  • Persuasive and engaging presentation skills
  • Ability to understand and discuss paid media strategies, metrics, and results
  • Comfortable with a broad range of deliverables from content to traditional media and events
