About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial and Administrative Services Chief to join our team at Grandtag Financial Canada Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Services Coordination: Oversee the coordination of administrative services, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Financial Planning and Budgeting: Assist in preparing annual budgets and plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
  • Staff Management: Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, or other administrative services. Interview, hire, and provide training for staff.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and control.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services.
  • Technology and Systems: Utilize MS Office and other relevant software to manage administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English (Work Language).
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
