Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, processing memberships, and promoting the value of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and support membership by providing information on membership benefits, promoting the value of our products and services, and processing memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts.
  • Participate in sales and marketing events to meet membership goals and promote our products and services.
  • Maintain the safety of our facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Fulfill member orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing items, and ensuring the accuracy of orders and invoices.
  • Provide member service by acknowledging the member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting our products and services.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet membership goals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly wage range of $18.00 to $25.00.
  • Annual or quarterly performance incentives.
  • Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, vision, and dental coverage, 401(k), and paid time off.
