Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 F&O Business System Analyst/Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with Dynamics 365 as a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) or functional consultant, with a focus on the Finance and Operation (F&O) Module.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct needs analysis and GAP analysis with end users to identify business requirements and implement D365 enhancements.
  • Develop future state process maps to optimize business processes.
  • Provide training to end users on Dynamics 365 functionalities.
  • Set up F&O reporting, including customizing SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) reports within Dynamics 365.
  • Patch management and provide 1st and 2nd level support for Dynamics 365 to ensure smooth operation and resolve any issues promptly.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A solid background in Dynamics 365 Business Analysis, with a focus on the F&O module.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with vendors and senior stakeholders.
