Job Description:

Scope of Work

  • Provide technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM and system integration.
  • Verify workflows, dashboards, forms, and views to ensure compliance with business requirements and best practices.
  • Participate in design reviews, conduct integration, functional, and system testing, and verify results.
  • Provide technical support during SIT, UAT, regression testing, and deployment, including bug investigation, fixes, and documentation.
  • Develop documentation for technical specifications and test results.
  • Integrate tests for continuous integration using frameworks like Jenkins/Azure DevOps.
  • Identify and escalate critical quality issues to the project manager.

Deliverables

  • Develop and document testing artifacts for Dynamics 365 CE and F&O, including test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria.
  • Support system functional requirements and provide technical support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
  • Conduct UAT, system integration, performance, validation, and verification testing.

Required Skills and Experience

Mandatory Qualifications

  • 5+ years in software quality assurance and testing within Agile/SDLC environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Functional testing experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement and Finance & Operations).
  • Strong understanding of QA concepts, testing methodologies, principles, and processes for ERP and CRM solutions.
  • Experience with:
  • Use case generation, test case management, and defect lifecycle management
  • Bug tracking and test case management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure TFS)
  • API testing (e.g., JSON, REST) using tools like Postman and JMeter
  • CRM test automation and Dynamics 365-specific testing
  • Familiarity with ERP implementation methodologies, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, make recommendations, and document findings.

Evaluation Criteria

  1. Technical Skills (50 Points): Proficiency in Dynamics 365/CRM solutions, including configuration, testing, and support.
  2. Functional Knowledge (30 Points): Experience with functional testing, Microsoft technologies (e.g., Office 365, Power BI, PowerApps), and CRM API integration.
  3. Interpersonal Skills (10 Points): Strong communication, negotiation skills, and ability to engage with senior leadership on technical recommendations.
  4. Business Knowledge (10 Points): Experience with Trust Accounting Systems, Financial Applications, and workflow-based systems.
