As a Sales Manager at PepsiCo Canada, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success. Your leadership skills and expertise will be essential in developing and executing sales strategies that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales and distribution strategy for the Prince George distribution center. This role will encompass sales, customer service, and marketing operations, as well as equipment and warehousing management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maximize volume and revenue in a defined area through effective sales and distribution strategies.
  • Coach and lead a team of sales professionals and frontline employees on selling and display execution, as well as merchandising standards.
  • Develop a strong talent pipeline of Frontline Supervisors for export to larger roles within PepsiCo.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key customers in the region.
  • Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance.
  • Effectively lead delivery and merchandising operations through consistent delivery and merchandising standards in a Geo-Box environment.
  • Effectively lead warehouse and facility management operations.
  • Develop, motivate, and lead a large team of employees.
  • Ensure the team delivers volume and revenue results while managing costs.
Requirements
  • Post-Secondary Education, preferably in Business.
  • Demonstrated people leadership capability with a commitment to coaching and development.
  • Professional accomplishments that reflect self-motivation and initiative.
  • Solid leadership and interpersonal skills required.
  • Demonstrated analytical and math skills required to build key insights for quarterly and annual operating planning.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills required.
  • Strong change management skills required.
  • Consumer products experience in a direct store delivery environment required.
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
  • Five years of people leadership required, preferably in a sales environment.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and own vehicle.
