Sales Director

We are seeking a talented Sales Manager to lead our sales and distribution strategy for the Prince George distribution center. This role will drive business growth, develop strong relationships with key customers, and lead a team of sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maximize volume and revenue in a direct store delivery environment
- Coach and lead a team of sales professionals on selling and display execution and merchandising standards
- Develop a strong talent pipeline for export to larger roles within PepsiCo
- Cultivate strong relationships with key customers in the region
- Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance
- Effectively lead delivery and merchandising operations through consistent delivery and merchandising standards in a Geo-Box environment
- Effectively lead warehouse and facility management operations
- Develop, motivate, and lead a large team of employees
- Ensure the team delivers volume and revenue results while managing costs
Requirements:
- Post-Secondary Education, preferably in Business
- Demonstrated people leadership capability with a commitment to coaching and development
- Professional accomplishments that reflect self-motivation and initiative
- Solid leadership and interpersonal skills required
- Demonstrated analytical and math skills required to build key insights for quarterly and annual operating planning
- Strong communication and presentation skills required
- Strong change management skills required
- Consumer products experience in a direct store delivery environment required
- Demonstrated computer proficiency
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Five years of people leadership required, preferably in a sales environment
