About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Spark Power Corp. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements.
  • Lead the development of detailed system and technical requirements to support business objectives.
  • Design and implement business solutions that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
  • Provide expert-level analysis and recommendations to drive business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • University or post-graduate education in a business or STEM discipline.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in an implementation consulting or business analyst capacity.
  • Background or experience with accounting and financial processes is a strong asset.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively understand and refine business requirements.
  • Experience in NetSuite or other ERPs such as Oracle Cloud ERP, JDE, SAP S/4HANA is a strong asset.
  • Established understanding of change management is a strong asset.
  • Experience in delivering business solutions in an agile environment is an asset.
  • Experience in analyzing data, queries, and reports to support root cause analysis of reported issues.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on the production of quality.
  • Ability to manage deliverables across multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Visio, Wireframing Tools.
