Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the SI EP Canada strategy by spearheading initiatives related to market entry strategies, enhancing customer and employee satisfaction, executive reporting, continuous improvement, and digital engagement.
  • Oversee internal SI EP projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business objectives.
  • Coordinate the preparation and dissemination of relevant materials prior to meetings to facilitate business outcomes.
  • Transform data into insightful reports and presentations using tools such as MS PowerPoint and Tableau.
  • Engage in Business Process Improvement (BPI) by researching and integrating innovative office technologies.
  • Ensure the efficient operation of the Executive Office.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a corporate or consulting setting, ideally within a matrixed and multinational organization.
  • Outstanding communication skills with a proven ability to interact with senior executives.
  • A Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications: Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Sway, etc.
  • Familiarity with social media and collaboration tools.
  • A keen interest in exploring and testing new digital solutions.
  • Ability to cultivate business relationships founded on trust.
  • Asset: Bilingual (English/French) verbal and written communication skills.
