Job Summary

Spark Power Corp is seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions.
  • Lead the collection and translation of complex business requirements into detailed system and technical requirements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation to ensure clarity and consistency.
  • Support the resolution of assigned tickets and application-related issues.
  • Advise stakeholders to make data-driven decisions and value-focused recommendations.

Requirements

  • University or post-graduate education in a business or STEM discipline.
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in an Implementation consulting or Business Analyst capacity.
  • Background or experience with accounting and financial processes is a strong asset.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively understand and refine business requirements.
  • Experience in NetSuite or other ERPs such as Oracle Cloud ERP, JDE, SAP S/4HANA is a strong asset.
  • Established understanding of change management is a strong asset.
  • Experience in delivering business solutions in an agile environment is an asset.
  • Experience in analyzing data, queries, and reports to support root cause analysis of reported issues.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on the production of quality.
  • Ability to manage deliverables across multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a high level of initiative, accountability, and eagerness to learn.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Visio, Wireframing Tools.
