In this capacity, you will engage with Functional Analysts, Business Analysts, stakeholders, and end-users to improve the experience of students, staff, and faculty.

As a vital member of the ERP Technology team, you will possess a keen insight for process enhancements and a proven ability to spearhead the deployment of new applications that align with the operational requirements of the University community.

Your technical and analytical expertise will be instrumental in adding value and clarity to process re-engineering initiatives.

You will play a crucial role in a variety of projects, ranging from extensive transformations to those tailored to specific client demands.

These projects may involve the digital modernization of manual administrative workflows, the rollout of new PeopleSoft features, compliance with governmental regulations, and system integrations.

Utilizing your experience in PeopleSoft Application development, you will mentor fellow team members and offer technical direction and insights across various development endeavors.

This role encompasses the administration and support of servers, storage, and technology services. You will be responsible for recommending solutions and identifying areas for system enhancement.

Additionally, this position involves coordinating and executing the planning, development, testing, installation, and support of data management systems.

Documentation for system configurations and operational procedures will also be prepared, along with the development of training materials and the delivery of training sessions.
