Job Title: Director of Business Development

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Business Development to join our team at Havens Alliance Group - Executive & Technology Talent Solutions. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with our distributors and advisors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a long-term sales development strategy for our line of business.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with our distributors and advisors.
  • Implement a sales and retention strategy with our distributors, including appointments and presentations.
  • Produce weekly sales reports and provide support to advisors in terms of business development.
  • Participate in promotional events as an ambassador of our company.
Requirements:
  • University degree in administration or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in the field of financial services and insurance.
  • Experience in selling financial and insurance products.
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office).
  • Superior skills in oral and written communication in English.
  • Sales, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
