We are seeking a dedicated professional to fill the role of Operations and Business Analytics Specialist. This position is essential for driving data-informed decision-making and optimizing operational efficiency.

- Over five years of experience in a business intelligence or analytics capacity.
- Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of business operations and data reporting.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with effective time-management abilities and task prioritization.
- Determination to achieve objectives and meet deadlines consistently.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively, with a potential for increased responsibilities.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
While not mandatory, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Experience in the Healthcare or Logistics sectors.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, CRM software, and financial management applications.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, Power BI, Power Automate, and Microsoft Forms.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and the ability to inspire and guide team members.
- Ability to articulate complex concepts and calculations to management effectively.
- Self-motivated individual eager to acquire new skills and tools.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, characterized by professionalism and collaboration.
- Proficiency in French is advantageous but not required.
