We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic professional to fill the role of Flexographic Printing Specialist. This position involves working in a dynamic setting where precision and attention to detail are paramount.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review incoming orders, assess the tasks required, and verify the availability of materials.
  • Perform cleaning of the press as needed.
  • Prepare paper and matrix for cutting processes.
  • Install ink fountains and calibrate the press to manage paper excess.
  • Operate the press, making necessary adjustments, and maintain ink consistency throughout production.
  • Document operational data and compile a final report upon job completion.
  • Clean the press and remove accessories following the completion of each job.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in flexographic printing operations.
  • Strong color perception.
  • Excellent organizational abilities.
  • Methodical and efficient work habits.
  • Ability to take initiative and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Team-oriented individual in good physical condition.
