About the Role:

The Fashion Design Specialist will play a key role in bringing our brand's vision to life through the creation of innovative and stylish print designs. This position reports to the Design Director and is responsible for researching trends, developing designs, and preparing technical packages to ensure accurate production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research on current fashion trends and consumer preferences to inform design decisions.
  • Develop a wide range of designs, colors, prints, and patterns that align with the brand's aesthetic and direction.
  • Prepare detailed technical packages, including design specifications, to ensure accurate production and strike-offs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design integrity and consistency across all product lines.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in print design.

Requirements:

  • College diploma in Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related design role.
  • Excellent skills in Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Ability to understand technical aspects of the creative process.
  • Highly creative and able to think outside the box.
