Job Title: Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Nour Private Wealth Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the HR function and providing strategic guidance to the organization.

Job Summary:

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies to support the organization's goals and objectives
  • Providing guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters
  • Coordinating recruitment and selection processes
  • Administering employee benefits and compensation programs
  • Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Developing and maintaining HR policies and procedures
  • Providing training and development opportunities to employees
  • Conducting performance management and employee relations activities
Responsibilities:

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for:

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, the Human Resources Manager will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
