Job Title: Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Nour Private Wealth Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the HR function, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives
  • Manage employee relations, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
  • Administer benefits, compensation, and payroll programs
  • Provide training and development opportunities to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to employees
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR management
  • CHRP certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
