Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Nour Private Wealth Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the HR function, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and driving business growth through strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Operations: Manage the day-to-day HR activities, including recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and performance management.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, including labor laws, employment standards, and health and safety regulations.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and motivation.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to support employee development and career growth.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management processes to ensure employees are meeting their performance goals.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
  • Certifications: Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) or equivalent.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
