Job Title: Retail Sales Team Member

At Princess Auto, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Team Member to join our team. As a Retail Sales Team Member, you will play a key role in creating a fun, safe, and unique shopping experience for our customers while working on the sales floor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage customers in conversation and respond to their questions about our merchandise in person and over the phone.
  • Help customers find products and solutions for their everyday problems, which turn their ideas into reality.
  • Assist with merchandising products and keeping the store tidy.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and handle customer interactions with diplomacy and tact.
