Senior Intake Analyst

IFG International Financial Group Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Intake Analyst to join their team. As a key member of the Digital team, you will be responsible for managing multiple initiatives simultaneously, leading the team through all phases of the project delivery cycle, and presenting deliverables to all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to create and deliver content changes to our websites.
  • Work alongside Product Owners and other Intake Analysts to assess project intakes, define scope, and provide cost estimates to business partners.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to improve project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an intake analyst using digital platforms.
  • 2-4 years of related experience.
  • Digital experience: Be digitally savvy with a keen interest in technology and a willingness to adapt to new tools and digital banking industry trends.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate and work closely with lines of business and teams within Digital.
  • A strong desire to problem-solve, solid organizational skills, and the ability to forecast workload for other resource teams.
