Job Summary

As a key member of our digital banking team, you will be responsible for managing multiple initiatives simultaneously, leading the team through all phases of the project delivery cycle and presenting deliverables to all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Management: Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and effective communication with stakeholders.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead the team through all phases of the project delivery cycle, providing guidance and support as needed.
  3. Stakeholder Management: Present deliverables to all stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and expectations.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-disciplinary teams, including developers, testers, user experience, and content writers, to create and deliver content changes to our websites.
  5. Business Analysis: Work alongside Product Owners and other Intake Analysts to assess project intakes, define scope, and provide cost estimates to business partners.
Requirements
  1. Experience: Minimum 2 years as an intake analyst using digital platforms.
  2. Education: 2-4 years of related experience.
  3. Digital Literacy: Be digitally savvy with a keen interest in technology, ready to seek out innovative solutions and embrace evolving technologies.
  4. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate and work closely with lines of business and teams within Digital.
  5. Planning and Organizing: A strong desire to problem-solve, solid organizational skills, and the ability to forecast workload for other resource teams.
  6. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal, presentation, facilitation, and engagement skills, both verbal and written.
