IFG International Financial Group Ltd is seeking a Senior Intake Analyst to join our esteemed banking client in Canada. This position offers an initial contract with the potential for renewal. The role is hybrid, requiring in-office presence on designated days.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee various projects concurrently, guiding the team through all stages of the project delivery process and presenting outcomes to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, user experience designers, and content creators, to implement and deliver modifications to our digital platforms.
- Partner with Product Owners and fellow Intake Analysts to evaluate project requests, outline project scope, and furnish cost assessments to business partners.
- At least 2 years of experience as an intake analyst utilizing digital platforms.
- 2-4 years of relevant professional experience.
- Digital proficiency: A strong understanding of technology trends, with a proactive approach to exploring innovative solutions and adapting to new tools in the digital banking sector.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, capable of fostering collaboration with various business lines and teams within the digital landscape.
- Organizational Skills: A strong inclination towards problem-solving, excellent organizational capabilities, and the ability to anticipate workload for other resource teams.
- Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding interpersonal, presentation, facilitation, and engagement skills, both written and verbal.
