Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Intake Analyst to join our team at IFG International Financial Group Ltd. As a key member of our digital banking team, you will be responsible for managing multiple initiatives simultaneously, leading the team through all phases of the project delivery cycle, and presenting deliverables to all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication with cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with developers, testers, user experience, and content writers to create and deliver content changes to our digital platforms.
- Work closely with Product Owners and other Intake Analysts to assess project intakes, define scope, and provide cost estimates to business partners.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Intake Analyst in a digital banking environment.
- 2-4 years of related experience in a similar role.
- Digital expertise: Strong understanding of digital platforms, with a keen interest in technology and a willingness to adapt to new tools and industry trends.
- Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and work closely with lines of business and teams.
- Planning and Organizing: Strong problem-solving skills, solid organizational skills, and the ability to forecast workload for other resource teams.
- Interpersonal skills: Excellent interpersonal, presentation, facilitation, and engagement skills, both verbal and written.
