About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Intake Analyst to join our Enterprise Digital team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating all lines of business content change requests for publishing on one or multiple digital properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate content change requests from various business stakeholders
  • Analyze the scope of work and determine the workback schedules
  • Ensure Enterprise Digital's audit requirements are met
  • Lead the delivery team through all phases of the change request cycle
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including editors, developers, authors, designers, accessibility, testers, and publishers

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2 years of experience as an Intake Analyst, preferably in the banking sector
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate and work closely with lines of business and cross-functional delivery teams
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Digital savvy with an inherent interest in technology and willingness to adapt to new tools and trends
