About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Manager to join our team at Kathy's Custom Stitchery Ltd. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative functions of the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing and maintaining records, reports, and other documents.
  • Office Operations: Oversee the operation of the office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Human Resources: Assist with recruitment, training, and development of staff, as well as maintaining employee records and benefits.
  • Financial Management: Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, as well as managing cash flow and accounts payable.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with staff, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative problems and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Language: English.
