Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Keyholder to join our team at our Orchard Park location. As a Keyholder, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and ensuring a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every customer feels comfortable, cared for, and confident.
  • Perform register functions, utilizing sales, promotions, and product knowledge to drive add-on sales.
  • Cover the sales floor, ensuring all visual standards are met and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Responsible for store opening and closing procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.

Requirements

  • 2 years of sales or customer service experience, an asset.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, while committed to creating an amazing customer experience.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends.
