About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Team Lead to join our Papa Johns team. As a Restaurant Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate our team members to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively to meet customer demands.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and guidance to new staff members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and ensure that our inventory levels are always adequate to meet customer demand.
  • Team Management: Supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys, and ensure that our team members are working together effectively to meet customer needs.
Requirements
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, or equivalent experience.
  • Language: English.
Work Environment

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customers. As a Restaurant Team Lead, you will be required to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. You will also be required to stand for extended periods and have good attention to detail.
