Shobha Soobrattee Insurance Agency is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of our clients and the communities we serve. We are looking for a qualified professional to fill the role of Insurance Account Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the agent and senior representatives on the team.
  • Focus on Property and Casualty and Life Insurance sales and support.
  • Respond promptly to all incoming inquiries through calls, emails, and in-person visits.
  • Schedule appointments, assess client needs, and align them with suitable products and services.
  • Deliver timely, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy modifications, claims, and billing.
  • Identify and cultivate new client relationships while recognizing additional needs with existing clients.
  • Engage in continuous learning to remain knowledgeable in the evolving insurance landscape.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Possession of General and Life Licences or a willingness to obtain them (exams and passing grades required).
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of building relationships through various mediums.
  • A demonstrated history of persistence in client engagement.
  • A positive attitude and a good sense of humor, contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Sales experience with a proven record of achieving sales targets.
  • A criminal background check is required to ensure the financial well-being of our clients.
