Insurance Account Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Account Representative to join our team at Shobha Soobrattee - Desjardins Insurance Agent. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying their insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities- Insurance Sales and Service: Work closely with our team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to meet our sales goals.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing personalized service to meet those needs.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our insurance products and services, including property and casualty, life insurance, and other related offerings.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Develop and maintain effective communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure our clients receive the best possible service.
- Insurance Licenses: Hold a valid General and Life Insurance license, or be willing to obtain one.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Sales Experience: Have a proven track record of meeting sales goals and quotas, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques.
- Continuous Learning: Be committed to ongoing learning and professional development, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
