Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation and Appointment Scheduling: Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Customer Service: Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Marketing and Sales: Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, develop sales strategies, and build strong relationships with customers.
- Sales Experience: Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
- Successful Track Record: Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
- Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
- Problem-Solving and Customer Service: Proactive in problem-solving, dedicated to customer service, ability to multi-task, and ability to make presentations to potential customers.
- Professional Certifications: Property & Casualty License (OTL) and Life Insurance License (LLQP) must be obtained before start date. Reimbursement for courses and licenses after 1 year with Agency.
- Agency Overview: We have a large agency offering all lines of insurance and financial services to our clients.
- Team Dynamics: The Agency currently has eight team members with a range of experience from 24 years to 2 years.
